As a third-generation Realtor, Jim began his real estate career at the age of 18 (1976) and has been actively pursuing his passion ever since. Moving to Marco Island in 1980, Jim had the unique opportunity to participate in the new developer offering of over 50 local condominium developments. In 1983-84, Jim was the Director of Sales for Hideaway Beach and later worked in on-site sales for Key Marco. Recognized as an expert in Marco Island real estate, Jim has been featured in numerous newspaper and magazine articles, and has twice appeared as a guest speaker
