Dave and Ann are full time professionals originally from Akron, Ohio. They bring depth and breadth to their real estate careers—each has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Dave graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Economics and spent the majority of his career, prior to real estate, in the marketing and designing of employee benefit and insurance programs. He was also a regional sales manager for a large national health insurance company.

Ann graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Languages and spent several years in the sales and marketing of employee benefit software programs. For over 15 years, Ann has been selling real estate; prior to establishing business in Naples, she was in the top 25 of a large independent Real Estate Firm in Cleveland, Ohio.

In Naples, Dave and Ann have had consistent, noteworthy success through the years. They take pride in the constant influx of testimonials from very happy and satisfied clients. Prior to joining Premier Properties, Dave and Ann enjoyed being in the top 11% of a very large international real estate company.
